I noticed the variety of wellbeing options from studying Politics at Newcastle University, to working for large multinationals such as Nissan and Aldi, to traveling to over 30 countries. I am ever interested in wellbeing. As I connect with people and learn about their wellbeing, I continually recognise the need for sustainable wellbeing options.
As an Airbnb Superhost I continue to connect with visitor from around the world. Ensuring your wellbeing while away from the complexities of daily life is one thing but incorporating that into daily life is where the sustainable wellbeing lies.
