There are as many levels of anger as there are individuals and situations.  While there is on some occasions, the involuntary 'fight or flight'  physical response; this exists to protect us and is not what Anger Management is 'working on'.

Anger Management is related to your habit built behaviour. As much as it may not seem voluntary at times; just as your learnt your anger-related behaviour at some stage, you can unlearn it.

Anger is not a problem in itself. In fact anger is a very natural emotion. It becomes a problem, when we don’t control it.
