I have twenty-five years of meditation experience, have trained in India and meditation is a huge part of my life. I want to share my experience and knowledge with other people who can also benefit.

The short & effective work-based Meditation Sessions have endless benefits: less stress, improved self-management, increased focus, better and clearer decision making skills, better management of working relationships, increased innovation and creativity, increased happiness, kindness and patience, increased productivity and a more balanced mindset. 

The wellness sessions offer individuals who usually work (and are sometimes stressed) together, a time to be calm and relaxed. Leaving the sessions, feeling calm, confident and focused, together.

Sessions can be one-off, or part of a programme of work-based sessions; they last forty minutes and are an ideal lunch-time wellness offering for Employees.
